Chris is a driven manager and team leader with extensive real estate development experience in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. He has managed the development and construction of subdivisions, apartments, condos, retail, hotels, senior living facilities, mixed used projects, office buildings, high rise towers and parking decks. His past clients include JP Morgan, Federal Capital Partners, Crown American Corporation, Prudential Real Estate, MetLife, Sun Communities, Equity Lifestyles Properties, Genworth, John Deere, Dominion Power, Fujitsu America, Troutman Sanders, Misys, Cordish Companies and Selig Enterprises. 

He helped sponsor Raleigh’s “Express Review” of site plans and permits and lead the John Deere project through the town of Cary site plan approval and authorization to proceed in 90 days. His experience includes projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Alabama.
