Christopher Heald is the Vice President of Capital Markets Sales Enablement for Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Capital Markets. He oversees the operational strategy of the Capital Markets business, ensuring the highest level of service delivery across the market’s portfolio. Chris is responsible for driving the sales and growth strategies across Investment Sales, Equity Debt and Structured Finance and the Investor Services and Strategic Accounts team. He is focused on the development of strategic marketing plans and facilitates the integration of relationships between our largest institutional clients, and the in-market teams and management. This is done in collaboration with the President of Americas Capital Markets, local market leaders, product line leaders, and sales enablement teams; all with a focus to enhance value for our investor clients.

Chris brings 20 years of experience in Capital Markets marketing and operations. At Cushman & Wakefield, he has played a key role in leading Americas Capital Markets marketing efforts, executing strategic growth campaigns, and developing go-to-market strategies for institutional teams like IAG and OIA. His previous experience includes leadership roles at HFF, JLL, and BGO, where he specialized in investor marketing, operational transformation, and client intelligence.
