Christopher Moyer joined Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance, formerly Sonnenblick Goldman, in 2006 and since that time has been a member of project teams that have closed more than 130 debt, equity, and property and loan sales transactions raising more than $18.0 billion. Mr. Moyer’s experience has included a broad range of property and transactional types. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing potential equity and debt offerings, performing financial and market analyses, preparing offering materials, marketing potential transactions to equity investors and lenders and facilitating the due diligence and closing process. In addition, he is responsible for the distribution of a monthly capital markets update.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Moyer was a Real Estate Salesperson and Assistant Team Leader with Manhattan Apartments, a New York City residential brokerage firm.

Mr. Moyer earned his B.S. degree in Finance and Management & Organizational Analysis from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Moyer has guest lectured at New York University. Mr. Moyer is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson
