Clint serves as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston operations. He creates value for his clients and supports his colleagues through market intelligence, prospect generation, reporting and relationship-building. Throughout his career, Clint has completed more than 11 million square feet of lease transactions and was most recently Senior Vice President for Brookfield Properties in Houston.

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for Brookfield Properties Houston Region, Mr. Bawcom oversaw all leasing initiatives for the firm’s portfolio in the Houston Central Business District. This portfolio included Allen Center, Houston Center, Heritage Plaza, 1600 Smith and Total Plaza. Additionally, Clint oversaw leasing for 501 Commerce in Nashville, TN.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Mr. Bawcom served as Senior Managing Director and Principal with Cassidy Turley in Houston. As Senior Managing Director and Principal, Clint was responsible for leasing efforts for a large portfolio of assets in Houston, co-leading agency leasing and further developing the firm’s marketing systems and processes for Houston. During his tenure with Cassidy Turley, Clint represented clients which included Crescent Real Estate Equites, Shorenstein Realty Services, Behringer Harvard, Daymark Realty Advisors, Myers Crow & Saviers, Morgan Stanley, Cousins Properties, JPMorgan, GE, Lexington Realty Trust, and the Ellman Companies.
