Cody joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as an Executive Director based out of the firm’s Chicago headquarters office. Cody and his team represent institutional clients in the disposition and recapitalization of office investment properties throughout the Chicago area and broader Midwest region. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Cody was with CBRE’s Capital Markets – Institutional Properties group where he worked as a First Vice President since 2014.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hundertmark has been involved in successful investment real estate transactions across Chicago and the broader Midwest region with a combined transactional volume in excess of $8 billion and covering more than 50 million square feet of product. Mr. Hundertmark and his team’s transactional expertise ranges from trophy high-rise office towers to boutique creative office buildings, as well as the spectrum of suburban and secondary Midwest market office sales.

Mr. Hundertmark began his real estate career with the Chicago office of Prudential Mortgage Capital. During his time at Prudential, Mr. Hundertmark was involved in the loan origination process for many complex and notable transactions across the country. More recently, Mr. Hundertmark worked with Chicago developer GlenStar Properties on the acquisition and asset management of office properties, both locally and throughout the Midwest.
