Whitney Strotz is the Managing Principal for the North Bay team. He splits his time between directly serving the commercial real estate needs of clients and supporting the growth and production of the entire North Bay organization. Whitney began his career in commercial real estate when he joined the legacy company BT Commercial in 2002. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Whitney had been involved in successful sales, marketing and management roles, starting with 7 years at consumer goods company Procter & Gamble, and then continuing at technology companies like Netcentives, Groundswell, and Quantumshift.
While at Cushman & Wakefield, Whitney has consistently been recognized as one of the top performers in the North Bay office. He has been a leader in creating the Tenant Solutions practice, and received the North Bay award for most transactions completed in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013. In 2009, as part of BT Commercial, he was recognized as Company Wide Deal maker of the year for completing the most transactions in the company. He currently is on the Steering Committee for Northern California.
Whitney currently represents Landlords in the marketing of over 1 million SF of premium office space for lease in Marin County, and advising both large and small business owners on their real estate needs in Marin County and around the SF Bay Area.
