As Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Damon Thames is responsible for leasing and marketing a 3.3 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office properties located in Houston on behalf of numerous institutional owners. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, damon served as Executive Vice President at Colvill Office Properties and both Savills and CBRE as a tenant representative broker. He also played professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals organization and spent five years as a sports agent before entering the commercial real estate business.
