Dan Hubbard is a Managing Director of Retail Services with Cushman & Wakefield and leads one of our top producing Las Vegas market teams, Southern Nevada Retail Advisors. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV). He represents landlords and tenants, providing both parties with experienced perspective throughout the transaction process and is quick to recognize opportunities and adept at finding solutions beneficial to all parties.
Dan began his commercial real estate career in 2003, after eight years as a direct sales professional. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2007.
Dan’s clients include institutional and corporate owners as well as local developers and private individuals. He consistently maintains a listing footprint of over two million square feet, with property sizes ranging from small strip centers to large multi-box power centers and mixed-use lifestyle properties. Averaging over 75 transactions per year, Dan has negotiated over $1 billion in commercial sales and leasing transactions since joining Cushman & Wakefield. He is consistently ranked as one of Las Vegas’ top producing brokers.
Although a resident of Las Vegas for 21 years, Dan is a deep-rooted native of Tennessee and often “bleeds orange and white” with other passionate University of Tennessee fans.
