Senior Sustainability Project Manager • United States

Daniel Busi joined Cushman and Wakefield in May 2022 as a Sustainability Project Manager. His role will be to Provide professional project management experience to designate LEED for Existing Buildings, BREEAM In-Use, Fitwel, ENERGY STAR and other sustainability-oriented projects and assignments. He will also assist clients in developing and pursuing health & wellness strategies including WELL and Fitwel certifications.

In addition to being a LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and LFA, he is educated in GPRO: Operations & Maintenance, an accredited International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) installer, and OSHA-10 certified.

Daniel is originally from Long Island New York but now currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
