Dan Phoel is a Senior Financial Analyst within the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Dan joined the team in 2019 and is responsible for the underwriting, analysis, and due diligence processes for Office and Industrial assets across the upper Midwest. He has also spent time working on analysis for retail, multi-family, and hospitality assets during his time at Cushman & Wakefield. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dan spent several years at CBRE working in various roles within property management. After starting in the property accounting department on a national portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets, Dan transitioned into being a Real Estate Manager overseeing a portfolio of office and industrial assets throughout the Twin Cities market. He has also spent time working as an analyst intern for Biynah Industrial Partners in Minneapolis focused on underwriting prospective acquisitions and assisting with their internal asset management models and forecasts.
