About

Dave is based in Denver, Colorado and exclusively represents multimarket clients for the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of real estate leases throughout the U.S. and Canada. He co-leads a tenant advisory team of 5 professionals with an emphasis on skillful execution and best-in-class advisory tools and processes. His primary team responsibilities include account management, deal structuring and strategic planning focused on identifying efficiencies and cost saving opportunities that help better align real estate costs with internal financial objectives.

Dave has been active in the commercial real estate industry since the mid-1980s. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dave was a consultant with Ernst & Young in their national real estate advisory practice, where he performed valuation, due diligence, state and local incentives and site selection advisory services for public and private companies throughout the U.S.
