About

David is a Certified General Appraiser with the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of North Carolina, Inc. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013. Mr. Aneser has experience appraising a wide variety of commercial properties and specializes in life sciences, industrial, office and retail properties. Additionally his experience spans across community and neighborhood shopping centers, medical office, manufacturing, lab space, multi-family properties and unimproved land.
