David joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 1990. Since the beginning as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, he has been very active in doing numerous sales and leasing specializing in the Silicon Valley and in particular the Menlo Park and Palo Alto markets. He offers a unique skillset combining brokerage skills with his in depth knowledge of leasing, operations, and management. His overall strategic perspective combined with his transitional expertise makes him a valuable asset in today’s real estate community. David has lived on the Mid-Peninsula his entire life. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he attended Menlo High School and University of California, Berkeley His strong relationships in the community are a valuable asset in the commercial real estate market.
