With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, David specializes in representing the end user – the Tenant – and advises many prominent private equity firms, portfolio companies, investment management funds and FinTech companies within the financial, healthcare and media sectors. He has gained an outstanding reputation for assertively negotiating innovative office leasing deals that create flexibility for growth and contraction within clients’ real estate strategies. He has built a highly regarded corporate client network with strong global transaction management expertise and he oversees multi-market lease negotiations within the New York Tri-State region, nationally and globally.
David started his career at Jones Lang Wooton, moving to Cushman and Wakefield as a Senior Director. From there he went to Studley and Jones Lang LaSalle prior to rejoining C&W. During his career, David has completed more than 15 million square feet of leasing transactions and has repeatedly been a top producer in real estate and was consistently ranked as one of JLL’s leading producers globally, earning Top Gun status, a top 1% ranking.
David has two children and resides in Darien, CT. He is both an avid golfer and skier, spending part of his time in Park City, UT.
