David Finger co-leads the company’s Triangle-based capital markets practice. Over the course of his career with Cushman & Wakefield he has executed total sales of over $2.5 Billion for over 20 million square feet including industrial, office, flex, life science and retail properties. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and a registered professional engineer in North Carolina.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor companies, David spent ten years with Highwoods Properties during which he held positions as Director of Investments and Weston Marketing/Project Manager. His responsibilities included asset acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, marketing, land planning, financial oversight of profit centers, zoning & land use approvals, and property association management.
David Finger also has managerial experience from a Fortune 250 energy company where he held various positions with responsibilities for structural/geotechnical design, construction project management, technical litigation support, regulatory agency interface, license negotiations and internal operational auditing.
