David Meline

David Meline is a Vice Chairman within Cushman & Wakefield’s Institutional Capital Markets Investment Sales Group. With his partners, Stewart Calhoun, Samir Idris and Casey Masters, Mr. Meline leads a twelve-person, Atlanta-based team that specializes in institutional capital markets advisory for office and industrial investment properties throughout the southeastern United States. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Meline has led the disposition of over $40 billion of assets for many of the most prominent investors in the U.S. and abroad. He is a member of C&W’s National Office Investment Advisory Leadership Council, Sunbelt Office Leadership Team, and Atlanta Executive Committee.
Mr. Meline joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1991 as one of the three candidates selected nationally for the firm’s MBA Associate Program. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Meline was an Assistant Project Manager for Lowe Development Corporation in Los Angeles from 1990 to 1991 and a Real Estate Specialist for Coopers & Lybrand in Boston from 1986 through 1989.
