David Segal

David started his appraisal career in 2012 at Integra Realty Resources where he specialized in the valuation of retail properties. In 2017, he joined Cushman & Wakefield’s retail valuation team as a Director. Subsequently, he shifted his focused to the appraisal of studios (film and television production) and the broader industrial asset class.

In 2009, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. He is a Certified General real estate appraiser in California. In 2017, he became an MAI Designated member of the Appraisal Institute. David has provided valuation services for a variety of clients, such as lenders, attorneys, and governmental agencies.
