About
Dee Headley is a leader in the Distressed Asset Solutions Group. She oversees the court-appointed receivers in the US. During her career she has been appointed receiver in more than 90 cases, 3 states, and 24 jurisdictions. As such, she is very familiar with the requirements associated with the court process including bonding requirements, detailed financial reporting, and understands the stewardship needed for the foreclosure process. She has been appointed more than 8.3M sf consisting of office 4.3M sf, retail 2.69M sf, industrial 1.29M, condominiums, and housing developments. Dee has worked in receiverships with special servicers in CMBS defaults, both national and regional banks, insurance companies, and individual owners. She and her team have the experience to protect the value of the property during the receivership and foreclosure process.
