Demetrios, born and raised in Greece, joined Cushman and Wakefield in the fall of 2024. Prior to this, he was at Select Equity Group, a $40 Billion Long/Short Hedge Fund. 

In 2019, he joined Long Island University to combine both education and D1 soccer. After 2.5 years, while double majoring in Mathematics and Economics, being the captain of the Men's soccer team, voted as the best goalkeeper and scholar athlete in the Northeast, he graduated from LIU as the Valedictorian for the class of 2022. Demetrios used one of his last two years of NCAA eligibility and he transferred to Fordham University, where he completed his Master of Finance in one year as a full-time student athlete. 

Demetrios, a 2020 Panhellenic Scholarship Recipient, is heavily involved within the Greek American community in NYC and across the nation, having been recognized with awards and recognitions and participating in executive boards for a great number of organizations and initiatives.
