Derek Hulse is an Executive Director at Cushman and Wakefield-San Diego and helps lead the Office Division.   Over the past 19 years Derek has specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties in the central and urban San Diego office markets.  His primary focus is representing owners, both private and institutional, of multi-tenant and single-tenant office projects, and he currently represents properties totaling approximately 4 million square feet. Throughout his career he has represented a variety of developers and real estate operators in a multitude of complex lease and sale transactions and has developed a reputation with his clients as being a hard-working, diligent and trusted advisor who truly understands his clients objectives and presents clear and concise solutions to add value to their real estate portfolio.
