Diana Boutross

Vice Chair • United States

Diana Boutross joined Cushman and Wakefield in November 2015, bringing with her 20-years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to working with Cushman & Wakefield she was the Executive Vice President at Winick Realty Group for 15 years. Diana has led Murray Hill Properties, Tri-Star Properties and Aegis Properties – both in leasing and investment sales. Diana has represented a significant number of sales and leasing transactions including 1 East 42nd Street to the government of Greece and the sale of the UJA building at 400 West 59th Street to HIP among others. Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Boutross worked for Dr. Henry A. Kissinger, former Secretary of State, as an Executive Director on his NY based consulting company.

Diana’s understanding of Ownership needs and tenant requirements has gained her a solid reputation among private equity and institutional investor clients and within the real estate brokerage community. She recently completed a very complex transaction using all of her knowledge and experience on West 34th Street, where she was involved in a property swap to complete an assemblage for retail and hotel development.

Diana has successfully completed leasing transactions throughout the five boroughs, particularly concentrating on the Manhattan and Brooklyn Markets. She has been an integral part of changing markets, such as being the exclusive broker for the Trump Organization that redefined the Third Avenue retail corridor, and truly being a pioneer driving national and local retailers to successful market developments. In addition, Diana works on retail development and property debut trends for international hotels out of Toronto and represents Japanese hotels on their retail development requirements.

Ms. Boutross’ Landlord clients include or have included Crown Acquisitions, Madison International Realty, Greystone Property Development, JEMB Realty, Wharton Properties, Meadow Partners, Durst Organization, Rockrose, L&M Development, Slate Properties, A&H Acquisitions Corp, among others.

Diana serves on the REBNY Commercial Committees helping to publicize the New York City markets.
