Don joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1992 after 4 years with Pioneer Group as a space planner, designer and a short stint at VIP Architecture upon graduating from SUNY Buffalo with a BPS in Architecture and Onondaga Community College with an A.A.S. in Architecture. Previously studied Business Administration and has a B.S from SUNY Oswego with a semester abroad at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and an A.S. from Alfred State in Business Admin.

Don’s primary focus has been in the office sector, but has sold or leased industrial and retail properties in many parts of Upstate New York, Ithaca, Binghamton, Plattsburg, Fulton, Oswego, Utica etc. on the office side with particular emphasis on landlord representation, but not solely as represented by previous work with AIG, Airborne Express, Verizon, Honeywell etc.
