About

Ms. Korn joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Managing Director of Commercial Brokerage through their purchase of Taylor & Mathis where she served as the Director of Leasing with her primary focus on landlord representation.  In addition to her extensive experience in landlord representation, she also brings expertise in business development, tenant representation, and investment sales.  Having exclusively represented over 2 million square feet of office space in the Tri-County Area, Ms. Korn has developed long-standing relationships within the commercial brokerage communities as well as with investors throughout South Florida.

Donna’s experience in successful Landlord representation has focused on servicing institutional and local property owners specializing in office projects.  Her more than nineteen years of marked success have also included notable tenant representation.

• Donna is a graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English.
