Doug Howard has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate focused entirely on Industrial brokerage in the Nashville market.  He specializes in representing institutional landlords in industrial sales and leasing and industrial tenant representation as well. Doug, along with his three partners, David McGahren, John Ward and Abigail Rieck, are responsible for leasing in excess of 25 million square feet of industrial real estate in the greater Nashville area. Doug has participated in more than $1 billion of lease transactions and over $1 billion of investment sale transactions since 1999. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Doug held increasing positions of responsibility with Cassidy Turley, Colliers and Trammell Crow Company.
