Mr. Lynch is an appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. and located in the Kansas City Valuation & Advisory office primarily serving the Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska geographical areas. Mr. Lynch has been actively involved in the real estate appraisal profession since 2004. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Mr. Lynch worked at commercial real estate valuation firms in Kansas City where he conducted research and prepared appraisals.

Mr. Lynch has completed numerous appraisal assignments consisting of various institutional and non-institutional commercial properties including land, office, industrial, retail, multifamily and special purpose assignments.
