Drew Flood focuses primarily on office and development transactions in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. During the past five years, he has successfully completed more than $13 billion in investment transactions. Prior to working with Cushman & Wakefield, Drew was a commercial real estate loan officer with Bank of America/NationsBank. In that capacity, he served numerous middle market and public real estate clients. Prior to working for NationsBank, he was a Senior Project Manager for a general contracting company in New York City.
