Drew serves as a Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast region by publishing quarterly market reports for national distribution, developing new analyses or raw data, and providing thought leadership surrounding the commercial real estate industry. Though Drew works from the Greenville, South Carolina office, he is also responsible for the research efforts in the Columbia and Charleston markets, as well as the Greensboro / Winston-Salem market in North Carolina.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Drew worked in the staffing & recruiting industry as a Human Resources Manager and in the residential real estate Industry with Berkshire Hathaway as a Realtor. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Clemson University and is currently in pursuit of his Master of Business Administration degree from Clemson University, set to graduate in August of 2022.
