As an Executive Director and Practice Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Tax Services group, Mr. Williams has successfully represented commercial real estate properties for tax reduction in 23 states, with an aggregate tax savings exceeding $50 million dollars for our clients.

A broad range of property types have been effectively represented, with a particular focus on regional mall shopping centers.

Since 2001, Mr. Williams has been a senior member of the Retail Valuation group, Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory. While Mr. Williams experience has been in appraising a full array of property types, as an appraiser his principal focus involves appraisal and counseling clients for major retail properties and specialty centers on a national basis.
