As a marketing and research director, Elease Stewart is responsible for development, coordination and implementation of multi-media marketing strategies and market research reporting. She works closely with the individual brokers and management team to understand each client’s unique needs, provides supportive research documentation such as site analysis and market trend reports. She is also responsible for producing effective print and digital marketing communications based on specific project goals. In her role she manages the collection and delivery of quarterly market statistics and market overview materials for the Binghamton region.

Mrs. Stewart has 18+ years of experience in the fields of marketing, project management, market research and creative production. Prior to joining Pyramid Brokerage Company, Mrs. Stewart worked for a regional advertising agency where she managed the acquisition and collaboration of high-volume national media buys for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Her market research experience began in 1993 with a high-tech manufacturing firm out of Vancouver Canada; Creation Technologies LP.

Mrs. Stewart graduated Magna Cum Laude from Excelsior College in Albany, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing and has been an active Phi Theta Kappa honor society member since 2003.
