Prior to joining C&W, she was a senior member of the Boston retail team at Trammel Crow. Ms. Ou is an urban retail leasing specialist in the greater Boston area, where she focuses on representing owners in Boston. With more than 25 years of retail leasing experience in the Boston retail market, Ms. Ou has represented most major landlords in the Boston commercial real estate market.
