Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Eric worked at a downtown Palo Alto real estate company where he learned everything from development, property management, leasing and sales. The invaluable experience learning multiple aspects of the real estate business allows him to provide expert service to his clients for all of their real estate needs.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Eric worked at RR Donnelley Financial where he worked directly with publicly traded companies and assisted companies in their initial public offerings. Through his experience, Eric learned about the complexities both large and small companies, which has served as a valuable asset in being able to identify the real estate needs of his clients.

Areas of Specialization

Eric’s focus is representing both Landlords and Tenants in the sales and leasing of Office and R&D buildings primarily in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
