About
Eric Fischer is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and brings 20 years of industrial real estate experience to the firm. He was previously at NAI Hiffman in Chicago. Eric has been responsible for over $500 million in industrial transactions over the last three years. Eric specializes in working with private companies, owners, developers and institutions in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of industrial properties, land and investments throughout the Chicago metropolitan area from O’Hare to southeast Wisconsin.
Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Eric received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration on Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University. Eric has been a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago since 2006.

- Graduated from DePaul University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration on Real Estate Investment and Finance and University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture
