Eric is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of project and construction management experience related to tenant improvements, building renovations, and new building construction projects. He has completed more than four million square feet of tenant improvements and has successfully delivered large-scale projects for many high-profile clients. Eric provides a complete range of services for our clients including strategic planning, project management, estimating and budget control, scheduling, design and construction management, contract administration, move management, project close-out, and post-construction.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Eric was a Senior Project Manager with Skender Construction Company where he was responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within budget. He provided overall management direction and maximized productivity and efficiency through constant communication. He also conducted scope reviews, prepared detailed budgets, and was responsible for controlling costs throughout the project.

Eric also served as a Senior Project Manager for Clune Construction, Lend Lease Inc., and AMEC (Morse Diesel International) where he was responsible for the management of single and multiple-phased interior projects with responsibilities that included direct coordination with owners, architects, and contractors during all phases of the project.
