Ethan Thompson is a Financial Analyst within Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team, based in New Jersey. He is a member of Team Domenico, led by Brad Domenico.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ethan worked at Progress Capital, where he developed his financial analysis and real estate underwriting skills. His diverse skill set, and background enables him to support clients in structuring debt solutions across a wide range of platforms and asset classes, including retail, industrial, office and multi-family, to align with each client's specific business plan. Ethan plays a key role throughout the loan process—from initial strategy and underwriting to closing. His collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure that every transaction is thoroughly supported at each stage of the process.

Ethan holds an MBA in Finance from the O'Malley School of Business at Manhattan College and is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson
