Fawn Everett is an appraiser with the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in New York. She began her career with the firm in December 2004 and has held positions in the Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles and Toronto offices. Over the past 15 years, Ms. Everett’s professional growth with the company has included her promotion to Associate Director in July 2008, to Director in July 2010 and further to Senior Director in April 2019.

Since joining the division, Ms. Everett has specialized in the valuation of shopping malls and retail properties, having appraised 150 million square feet including over 200 super-regional shopping, lifestyle, power, outlet, community and neighborhood centers, as well as retail condominiums. Ms. Everett works alongside Richard W. Latella, MAI, who oversees in the valuation of retail properties nationally and heads the Global Retail Industry Group.

In 2014, Ms. Everett transferred to Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto office where she played an integral role strengthening the retail practice in Canada. As a Vice President of the firm’s national retail valuation team, she evolved her portfolio of work with a focus on sourcing and strategizing business development opportunities with institutional clients. In addition, Ms. Everett handled complex retail valuations and appraisals across the Canadian market as part of her year-long experience with the company.

Ms. Everett’s scope of work and expertise includes: appraisals, feasibility studies, market surveys, litigation support and investment analysis.
