Glenn Kaminskis is the Managing Director for C&W Project & Development Services in the San Jose and Sacramento markets. Mr. Kaminskis oversees 15 Project Management professional who are responsible for approximately 100+ projects annually valued at $200M.

Mr. Kaminskis was recently the Project Director for Broadcom’s $240M Northern California Headquarters construction project in San Jose. In his role, Glenn had overall responsibility for budget and schedule in addition to project delivery including Planning, Design, Construction, and Relocation. The project included 544,000 square feet of tenant improvements, re-skin of two building exteriors, ground-up construction of a parking garage, site & offsite work, and a 2,000 person/lab move. The team included 30+ consultants, contractors, and vendors and three C&W direct staff.

Mr. Kaminskis was a Director of Project Management with CBRE in San Jose, California from 2007 to 2015. During his time at CBRE, Mr. Kaminskis was the Americas Director of Project Management on the Google account in Mountain View, California. At Google from 2008 to 2014, Glenn managed a staff of 32 project managers located in Canada, the United States, and Latin/South America. In 2014 he had overall responsibility for 88 projects, 2.2M square-feet of construction, and $610M of Google capital spend.

Mr. Kaminskis' responsibility for Google project delivery encompassed multiple business lines including YouTube, Motorola, gFiber, Glass, Ventures, GSX, Buffer Box, and Data Center offices. Projects delivered throughout the Americas included Google's unique office space, cafes, gyms, massage rooms, dance studios, testing labs, video production, retail, child-care, basketball courts, warehouses, and roof decks.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, Mr. Kaminskis was a Senior Project Manager with C&W. His work included management of Ernst & Young’s implementation of “Workplace of the Future” office construction in the Western U.S. He managed the construction of Toyota’s ground-up multi-purpose building and office expansion in San Ramon, CA. Mr. Kaminskis provided Program, Project, and Relocation management for Aetna at 14 facilities in 7 Western states. Other projects include a private movie theater for Miramax Films, a CD-Rom development facility for Disney Interactive, and testing labs and chambers for Underwriters Laboratories.
