About

Grant Raymond joined the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as Senior Director, expanding the firm’s multifamily presence in Dallas/Forth Worth and throughout Texas. His responsibilities include serving the needs of institutional and major private investors, with a focus on business development and dispositions of multifamily assets in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Grant spent 5 years at Institutional Property Advisors, where he facilitated more than $5B in sales and 25,000 units in multifamily properties across Core, CorePlus, and Value-Add strategies. He excels in all stages of a transaction including underwriting, analysis, asset management, disposition execution, and due diligence processes.
