As Senior Vice President, Greg is focused on expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s operations and client relationships along the east coast. He has an impressive array of multifamily and commercial real estate experience and currently presides over a portfolio of more than 90 conventional, affordable and student assets totaling more than 120,000 units. In 2013, he successfully spearheaded the opening of an Atlanta office, which has enabled the company to accomplish ambitious growth plans in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic corridor. Under his direction, the regional portfolio grew more than 200 percent within his first two years of oversight.

Greg has more than 18 years of experience managing large institutional multifamily portfolios and diverse specialization with new construction, renovations, stabilized assets and the correction of underperforming properties. His background also includes condominium and HOA, mixed-use development condominium conversions, commercial retail and office and common interest communities.
