Gus Field’s career in New York City real estate is unique by virtue of its spanning tenant representation, agency leasing, real estate portfolio management, and personnel management. He is widely known throughout the real estate business for his integrity, commitment to client support, creative thinking, and being a team player.  

Gus rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2023 after five years at Tishman Speyer, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Leasing for the firm’s 23 million-square-foot portfolio across Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, and Long Island City. Prior to that, Gus developed into one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top brokerage professionals, completing more than 40 million square feet of lease transactions over the course of 30 years.
