Hank Davis is a retail specialist working as a member of the Cincinnati Investment Properties Group alongside partners Tom Powers, Jim O’Connell and Mike Sullivan. Hank began his career working with the sale of income producing properties in 2008 and since that time he has assisted his clients in executing numerous sale transactions despite the challenging capital markets environment. Hank’s deep knowledge and firm understanding of the entire capital markets spectrum has been key in developing creative solutions to issues that could otherwise prevent deals from closing. Hank specializes in advising clients in the disposition of income producing in the Midwest.
In 2007, Hank began his career at CBRE in the research department where he gained a deep knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati commercial market. Hank moved into the investment properties world in 2008. Hank joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 specializing in retail investment sales.
A native Cincinnatian, Hank received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Marketing and earned a minor in Real Estate while lettering for the Bearcat football team. He is pursuing his CCIM designation and completed CCIM 101 in 2009.
