Holmes an Austin native joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 and primarily focuses on partnering with landlords in office leasing. He implements a client-centered approach to develop, plan, and execute real estate solutions; his highest priority is a long-term relationship with his clients.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Holmes worked for the likes of Atlassian, Amazon & Dell Technologies in various Sales & Consulting roles. Holmes’ resilient mindset, intelligence and background working for some of the largest technology companies in the world gives him a unique edge in serving his clients.

He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics.
