In 2010, Howard joined Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company as a Senior Associate where he is responsible for sales and leasing for retail properties. Prior to joining C&W | Lund, Howard started working for Pappas Telecasting of the Midlands, KPTM Fox 42 as Vice President and General Manager and was quickly promoted to Executive Vice President. Howard was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in 2000 with management oversight for all Pappas Telecasting companies’ English language stations. In 2002, he assumed the additional responsibilities for the companies’ Azteca America affiliates. Howard’s management responsibilities included studio and tower site acquisitions and leasing.

Howard is a 1967 graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Being an active member of both the business and civic community, Howard has served on the boards of the United Way of the Midlands, the Combined Health Agencies, the Friends Board of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Suburban Rotary. He was the President of the Nebraska Broadcaster Association, Chairman of the Better Business Bureau Board of Directors and President of TV Omaha. He currently serves on the board of Cardiff International, Inc.
