Hugh M. Herman has seventeen years of experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of office space. He specializes in tenant representation and helps clients with their lease, renewal, expansion, and sublease assignments.
Mr. Herman’s current or recent assignments include coordinating the Houston leasing and subleasing requirements for Entergy, as well as assignments for other major corporate entities including Thompson Reuters and Oppenheimer Holdings. He manages several national portfolios, serving as the single point of contact that facilitates the lease requirements for Innosource Business Solutions, Teach for America, and Group Management Services, Inc. He also exclusively represents First American Title Company for their office requirements throughout Houston.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Herman was a financial analyst for Frost National Bank in its Private Client Services division. He managed a $120 million client portfolio including law firms, medical practices, and high net worth individuals. He identified and implemented financing strategies specific to their goals and objectives. Mr. Herman also worked at Vinson & Elkins where he assisted attorneys in the review and audit of financial documents for the energy, financial institution, explosives, food services, and technology sectors.
Mr. Herman currently resides in Houston with his wife.
