Jack specializes in the leasing and institutional sales of Class “A” office and life science facilities in Downtown, UTC, Del Mar Heights, Torrey Pines, Sorrento Mesa and Sorrento Valley.  He prides himself in having expansive market knowledge regarding building inventory, market statistics and trends, net absorption, and an understanding in building infrastructure to give the highest level of service to his clients. As a result, he brings a wealth of transaction experience to his clients with over $2 billion dollars in transaction volume.
