James Griffin specializes in industrial real estate sales and leasing. He joined Cushman & Wakefield / Pacific in April 2013. He entered the profession in 1996 with CBRE. He was Rookie of the Year in CBRE's Fresno office in 1998 and has achieved Top 5 status in 2006 – 2009 and 2015 – 2020.
The services that James provides are landlord representation, tenant representation, both building and land sales. His entire focus is to do business with unwavering honesty and integrity. James has extensive knowledge of the industrial markets throughout Madera, Fresno and Tulare counties.
James has sold or leased over eighteen million square feet of industrial real estate. A sampling of his resume includes: disposition of ±78,000 SF for U.S. Food Service, the disposition of ±74,000 SF for Schneider Electric, the sale and continued leasing of ±398,100 SF known as Shaw Commerce Center and the sale of ±25 AC in the Clovis Industrial Park for the City of Clovis and most recently, ±250,000 SF lease to Veritiv.
