Jamie McCall joined Cushman and Wakefield in June of 2021 as the Sr. Military Recruiting Program Partner. She has led the DoD Skillbridge program in assisting transitioning service members into internship opportunities with the goal and intention of full-time conversion. During this time, she has spoken to thousands of active-duty service members across the country and globally. The program has resulted in over 85 SkillBridge internships spanning over 30 different types of positions throughout the organization, with the majority being offered full-time positions. 

Jamie has also advised numerous other companies (including some of our clients) who have sought out best practices in initiating the Skillbridge program. Jamie has provided career advising to assist service members in preparation for civilian employment to include job search exploration, networking, resume and interview preparation. Jamie collaborates with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to facilitate Skilbridge information sessions and directly submits service members to hiring teams to be further considered for the program.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jamie was the Associate Director of Career & Professional Development at Miami University (Oxford, OH) in the Farmer School of Business where she advised and facilitated career development curriculum to business and engineering students. Jamie also brings 16 years of corporate recruiting experience in a variety of industries to include banking, telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, and retail. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Human Resource Development and a Master’s degree from the University of Dayton in Higher Education Administration. Jamie proudly served in the Ohio Army National Guard from 1998-2004.
