Jarrett Hicks joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cassidy Turley) in 2012 as a Senior Research Analyst. In 2016, he became Associate Director of Research for the Cincinnati office.

As research lead, he is responsible for all local research functions including the collection and statistical analysis of market data in Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary property database. He authors quarterly statistical reports across multiple product categories and regularly assists with new business development.

Prior to joining the firm, Jarrett spent more than 10 years in market research as a director or analyst. He has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from DePauw University in Indiana.
