Gerald Rasmussen is an Executive Managing Director and the Senior Housing/Healthcare Practice Group Leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, based out of Stamford. As Practice Group Leader of Valuation & Advisory’s Senior Housing/Healthcare practice, Gerald oversees a team of 35 professional appraisers, all of whom have extensive experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gerald worked for BA Appraisals, Inc. in New York City where he was a Senior Appraiser from January 1985 until 1986.
