Jason Blankfein joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2020 and serves as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group. He is based in both Cushman & Wakefield’s Manhattan office and operates across all major U.S. markets, with a primary focus on the Tri-State/New York Metropolitan area and Pacific Northwest.

Jason has extensive expertise structuring a variety of different debt transactions including construction, predevelopment, bridge, and permanent financing, as well as structured equity deals including co-developer placement, joint ventures, preferred equity, recapitalizations, and programmatic ventures. His experience spans all primary asset classes including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use, as well as specialty property types such as cold storage, self-storage, and senior housing. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group, Jason spent the previous three years at Starwood Retail Properties in asset management and in Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Advisory Group in Manhattan. Over the course of his career, he has worked on over $4 billion in debt financings, equity raises, and investment sales on behalf of institutional investors, corporate users, developers, and family offices.
