About

Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 after fourteen years at JELD-WEN, the largest privately held company in Oregon and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of windows and doors. At JELD-WEN, Jason was the Director of Corporate Real Estate and also oversaw M&A, with total sales and project volume in excess of $600 million. He continues to serve as the Account Executive for JELD-WEN in addition to serving other corporate clients, mostly in the building products industry, and in his first year at Cushman & Wakefield, he was the #2 producing broker in the office.

As an Executive Director for the Portland office, Jason’s experience on both the corporate and brokerage sides of transactions, along with his 20-plus years of experience in the real estate industry, gives him a unique perspective that he leverages to engage, negotiate and close deals in a wide variety of unique client needs.

Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
